A Story of Wellness

Hi! I'm Sara and I am the owner of West of Juniper. My journey with sleep and wellness started 6 years ago when I was diagnosed with endometriosis. This horrible disease attacks from the inside and has a profound impact on daily life. Through my struggles with endo, I realized I had a gift that I was more than ready to share. I started making sleep masks for my daughter when she started having migraines. It was shortly after that that I decided to start making flax seed migraine packs and warming period packs. Being an endo survivor gave me an up front seat to the horrific pain one goes through and I knew that my products would someday help out those around me.

In 2025 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I really had to stop and take inventory of my own health and wellness. After 6 months of chemo and losing all of my hair, I felt like I wanted to help others even more and share my story. Being diagnosed with a chronic illness is a hard thing to take, but I hope that I can be here for you and help you on your journey.
